I like to fish.
You catch fish with a hook…this little pointy wire with a barb…designed so that it goes in but doesn’t come out. When you’re learning to fish, you’ll inevitably hear the phrase, “set the hook.” When you’ve learned how to “set the hook,” you’re catching fish.
Sometimes, while fishing, you can hook yourself. If you’ve ever done this, you know the pain. Here’s a video of Chad Hoover explaining what to do if you’ve set the hook in yourself. So, to demonstrate, he has to…well…set the hook in himself.
